The International Journal on Legal Developments and Practice (IJLDP) is a double-blind peer review, open-access journal published Bi-Annual under the aegis of Ram-Krishna Law Firm. IJLDP aims to provide a forum for discussions, exploration and analysis of national and international best practices of contemporary issues, trends and innovation in the field of Law. It is established with the pursuit to advance legal scholarship, awareness and education by publishing high-quality research articles, case comments, book reviews and policy analysis to foster a deeper understanding of the process, practice and impact of legal development, bridging the gap between the Law and Law-in-practice. The journal aspires to encompass a broad range of thought-provoking matters spanning all areas of law focused on theoretical and practical aspects. The scope of the Journal includes but is not only limited to the regions of Evolving Legal Systems; Human Rights and Social Justice; Access to Justice; Public Policy and Regulation Criminal Law and Justice; Corporate and Commercial Law; Environmental Law; Legal Innovation and technology; International law; Legal Ethics and Professionalism; Dispute Resolution; Legal Education and Pedagogy etc.

Our journal paves the way for crucial reflection and intellectual exchange as we navigate the constantly changing legal world filled with complexities and reverence. We invite contributions from academicians, practitioners, policymakers, students or other stakeholders, striving to provide a wide range of knowledge, assessment and insight that will enrich our readers’ understanding of the legal arena. IJLDP fosters a multidisciplinary approach and encourages theoretical work from all legal spheres, which consists of originality, unpublished and in due adherence with the journal's submission guidelines. In this regard, IJLDP commits to expanding the horizons of legal understanding and making meaningful contributions to the ongoing dialogue that influences both our legal system and society at large.

We are pleased to announce that the journal is currently seeking submissions for publication in IJLDP Volume 1 Issue 1 of our general issue. The issue is due to be published in August 2024, and we would be honoured to receive a submission authored by you. Since the journal is scheduled to be released this August 2024, our deadlines can also be effectively tailored to fit your schedule with a tentative deadline being April 30, 2024.
